Latas Waterfall is one of the most well-known natural attractions. This waterfall is located just minutes from the main road, surrounded by lush Amazonian vegetation, creating an ideal landscape for those seeking direct contact with nature.

The waterfall cascades down natural rock formations, creating a small natural pool of cool, crystal-clear water where visitors can enjoy a refreshing swim. The constant sound of the falling water and the shade of the surrounding trees create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for resting and admiring the natural surroundings.

Access to Latas Waterfall is usually via a short trail that winds through the vegetation, allowing visitors to appreciate the diversity of Amazonian plants and, occasionally, observe birds and small forest animals. Due to its proximity to the main road, this spot has become a frequent stop for tourists and travelers heading towards Misahuallí. Besides being a space for recreation and photography, the waterfall represents an example of the water and natural wealth of the Napo province, offering visitors a refreshing experience in the middle of the Amazonian landscape.
