The Amazonian Park La Isla (PALI) is an iconic environmental interpretation center located in the heart of Tena, Napo province. Situated on a natural peninsula formed by the confluence of the Pano and Tena rivers, this 24-hectare refuge is part of the Sumaco Biosphere Reserve, an internationally recognized area designated by UNESCO.
Since its opening on November 15, 1995, the park has established itself as a living showcase of the Amazonian ecosystem, designed to promote conservation and environmental education among local and international visitors.
